Originally a tannery in the mid-1800s, this historic building features an almost 4,000 square foot open span office with a mezzanine loft running around its perimeter. The roof structure is built with solid wood beams (8x8 truss style). The decking is also solid wood, using 3x9 inch beams. The original cupola with skylights lets amazing light into the solid brick building. Fronting on Bread St., is a standard dooway in addition to a 10ft wide steel overhead door. There is also a yard and garden at the rear of the building. Many of the building's original features are still in existence, which make this building unique in the changing facade of Old City.
